I have been with Seven Estates since 2009 and Idris and Abid manage my properties. The services they provide are excellent. In the past many years, whenever I have had a concern relating to any of my properties, they have been always there and have been able to provide sound and professional advice. No complaints and all my properties are managed stress free. Just yesterday, Idris and Abid helped facilitate the purchase of new property. As I am not in the country, they viewed the property for me, helped negotiate a great price and were on top of the things with the solicitor as well. Whenever I would suggest something, Idris and Abid would be one step ahead of me. We just exchanged contract and closed yesterday December 21, 2020. I was told that things would be delayed due to the pandemic, but from viewing to closing, I was able to do all this within 10 weeks. What Pandemic??
